Selling A Home vs Selling A Property

...there is a difference, and it's based on emotional attachments.  Property investors have little emotional attachment to the properties they buy and sell - in this case it's almost strictly business where the central goal is to realize as much gain from the sale and to minimize the sales cycle as much as possible.  When you sell your own home a key goal is also to maxmize gain and minimize the sales cycle however, there is often an emotional quotient to address, particularily when there is a long and rich history involved.

Whether the property is your home or an investment it is my job to understand all of the dynamics involved and to ensure that you are not only realizing all of the potential financial gain in the sale, but to take the time to understand any emotional factors that may be involved when selling your "home".  It is my goal to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible and to be sensitive to all of your needs in making such a huge decision in life.

Some frequently asked questions by Sellers are:

  • How is current market value of my home determined?
  • What can I do to make my property more attractive to potential buyers?
  • When preparing my home for sale, where is my money best spent?
  • What is the role and responsibilities of my realtor?
  • Where should I advertise my property for maximum exposure?
  • Does my agent advertise internationally as well as locally?

I would happy to answer these and any other questions you may have.
